apartment booking cancellation query
Q: I booked an apartment and decided to cancel the booking withing 2 months, will I be chargeable? The booking was done on 1st Jan'13 and the possession is on Jan'14. The construction has not started yet. The builder is taking 25k from the 1lakh booking amount.Legally, is this the correct amount?

Hi. We have booked an apartment of 1178 sqft+161 sqft teracce in Ramky One North for 43 lakhs.
Q: We booked the property for Rs.3035/sqft. The current rate is Rs.3250/sqft. The Bank Loan amount we are looking for is not getting approved since we have just bought a property 6 months back.Hence we are looking forward to transfer the deal if anyone is interested. Booking amount was Rs.100000/-.
