Pls clarify
Q: We came to know that building construction is happening for more than 5 years. Are they planning to construct the pent house illegally? Will it be a compound wall and the gate coming in other side? We came to know that land lord is not interested in the gate? Is it correct? What about the power back up?

Q: The first block of this apparment is not complete and have being left incomplete with out providing basic amenities like generator, gym etc, though the money is taken. The builders are trying to complete the 2nd block and cheat people with same intention. Please be aware to deal with such builders. Contact the residents for more feedback.

hi, just wanted to know if it is land and papers are legally valid......they are saying they will give papers for verification after booking only....btw as of today plastering is going on for daffodils....
no issues with papers,Titles are clear for this project.
