Q: why has athena building ,D wing not recieved its approval yet?

That question has several answers with rustomji people, we also have booked flat in Atlier A wing in september 2009, till date only plinth level is completed not a single floor is built, they say the reason, they have not got approval for B, C and D wing, and they need to start all 4 buildings' work to gather for making base stong. GOD knows what is the truth, they may not give possession on time also. From last few months we are getting faulse commitment from Vihang builder.
Q: From last few months we are getting faulse commitment from Vihang builder, can some one tell us when will get Vihang valley phase 2 possession.Also heard that there are doing some cost cutting in kitchen area?Can some one tell us the truth

As possession of Vihang Valley PH-II is delayed by 2 years, any idea what is the current status, also is builder ready for the compensation?
Hi uday this is neelam kundani i too had booked flat in vihang valley ph 2 , i received letter for possession, when i went to complete formalities they were asking 2.38 lakhs more, non sense, we hv paid our each n every penny, nothing is pending, th ey said management has decided increasing the cost of poss charges, if you all gv me ur mbl number, we can remain in touch, my whts up num is 9967021650
