Is Sunny fort a sound project? Are there any issues?
Q: I want to buy a flat in sunny fort, but I have heard that there are construction problems, water and electricity problems.

Q: Hi,I have bought one flat in Sunny fort & the completion date as per agreement was mentioned as Sep'2010 however there is still no sign of aompletion & handover. Does anyone have any idea on the expected completion date? It is really unbearable now

Hi - This is SB. I too have a flat at Sunny Fort. I came to know from the Fort group, that the completion date is further delayed. It is now March 2013. Recently went to the site.
