Majoj, As of 2 days back, some excavation has started. They have knocked down some or all row row houses planned for phase 2 and planning to construct tower A and B there. The ad should be out in paper in a couple of days. Before pursuing any legal action, we should go to the builder and talk. My parents had been there and the lady told them that the site has been changed and rate has been increased to 4750 for old customers which is at 25% discount to the rate of 7000 for new customer. However I didn't understand how to get 4750 with 25% discount of 7000. anyways, She said Marble price has gone up etc so the reason for the rate increase etc. anyways they have every lie to tell about rate increase. They have also changed the location of towers and they are going to accomodate all old customers upto level 11 and new customers form level 12 onwards with rate of 7000. I got 2 more contacts who live in Kakade City phase 1 and they have also booked flat in phase 2. We need to get together and talk to builder ASAP for reducing the rate and asking for more amenities like Italian marble in whole flat and good brand of accessories in the flat like kohler etc. if the rate is not going to be changed.
