Hi, I am looking for feedback about this builder "Kethana". They have ongoing project behind Cisco,ORR in which I am interested. It is called "kethana eternal blossom". Their past residential project includes "Kethana Orchids". Any particular feedback about the builder, previous projects etc are welcome.

Hi, I had bought 3 bhk in kethana blossom, my bankers (DB) got it verified through their lawyer firm before approving the loan. Lawyer firm asked quite a lot of questions and clarifications wrt to sales deed and title, dating back to even 1958, to builder and they were satisfied with revert from builder on those.
