The project is delayed but I also see that everything is delayed in that area. Wastage is less in the super area and quality is better as compared to Omaxe, so it will get lot more premium if you can wait. Piyush Rosette is in a very good townsip and good area of Bhiwadi, near new Honda plant. Hold on to this property if you don't need money as it will fetch you very good returns. Project have been going very well actually with fast construction pace in last few months. Premium right now is running anywhere between Rs 6-7 Lakhs on 2 Bhk and it is still a good deal. By the time of possession, 2 Bhks will surely be Rs 25L+ with more than 125% + gain from original booking. Possession will be given by the end of the year. Premium now for 2 Bhk Piyush Rosette is like 7-8 L now. I checked it yesterday as my brother wants to buy one too. Let me know if some one knows of better rate. Q: Piyush Rosette is getting built very well and construction is going on with good speed. I need to buy a 2 bhk floor in Bhiwadi for my brother, so looking to chose between Piyush Rosette Or Krish. The premium with Krish is higher but construction is slow and I can get 2 Bhk in Piyush Rosette for 20L(all inclusive) in re-sale, so which one I should go for? Please suggest. I personally like the layout of Piyush township better so expert people suggest please.

Sanjay, Thanks for the answer. I too agree that Piyush Rosette is better than Krish or Omaxe and the current price of 20 L is also good. Delays are there is some of the projects, but not sure how this project of MVL is. Its a small builder so may be they have too much to do.
