ELITE Homes by Vajra estates in ITPL
Q: Anyone knows about Vajra developers ? I am planing to book a flat in there latest project "ELITE Homes" behind ITPL. Please let me know if any one booked or planing to book ?

Hi Rahul, Did they launch the project? What are the units the project is offering?
Hi Lovkesh, Vajra developers have an existing completed project in the same area. You can visit it for confirmation...It seems to be good.

Hi Shreesha Kumar, Hav you booked a flat in Elite Home. And did you verify the document? I am having a doubt over OC and type of Khata we will get. I dont think we wil get A-Khata or OC for the flat. I a planning to book a flat in couple of days.. You input will be helpful. -Ashok (9880391123)
Hi Ashok, This has an A-Khata... and the project is also approved by LIC.
