My comments to replies
I'm one of the buyers in this project. Connectivity was also one of my main criteria & hence I opted for this one. Most of the outer ring road, E-City are accessible easily. My office is in RMZ Ecospace so hardly 4 Kms commute for me. I haven't heard of any delay in the project...right from the start, the builder maintains July 2014 as the completion date & he is still sticking on to it.

I have recently booked an apartment in VARS Parkwood. This is my third one with VARS. From my experience, the quality of construction is far better compared to a lot of other builders, including the big ones. They deliver on committed deadlines. I have not had any issues with them so far. The promoter is pretty accessible as well.
