It is also true that society has filled a case against builder for raising the building height or adding the number of floors. But i guess that is sorted out now. And builder is ready to go ahead and likely to give possession by end of this year. Regarding current rate of units, we really can't comment on this. You have to directly find it out with builder. I would just suggest that, be careful about choosing your unit and go through entire agreement before you register it. Rest all information you have regarding the Aarohi project, is correct.
