Site incharge was telling me about the flat in D building 8th floor is available. I was going through the few reviews available on net about this scheme. I found this society. I found mixed reviews. I heard initially construction was not there from 7th floor onwards. Is this approval is there now? 3. Since aarohi society is the key owner for this project, do they have any obejection for the floors above 6? 4. What is the current per sqft rate? Please help/ suggest what should I do.
