I have come to know that there is a Mumbai court injunction whereby registration of flat in Paramount Pilatus is under stay till court case is settled. Is this true? I got this information from flat owners who booked the flats. However they are now selling it off.
Can some one please confirm the above? As I am in process of discussing flat at this project. PLease Please PLease
Here is what I figured out. There is a family dispute between in-laws. In-laws hold 10% stake in the project, considering the project size, the dispute would most likely get resolved. Not able to get any other details beyond this.
