Feedback on shriram summit electronic city phase 1?
Q: Need builder review, are the legal documents in place, will OC and CC be given as promised

My comments to replies
i have finally booked a flat in summitt recently and have got all the legal documents verified by my lawyer and he has given me a go ahead with a written opinion stating " the present owners of the property have a valid and marketable title to the property and the POA holders can convey a valid and marketable title to third party purchasers" all the survey nos have been mentioned in the written opinion, there are 6 owners, the total land being 14 acres and one half guntas
Hi Sanjay, Is there a community of summitt owners which I can join. I have recently booked a flat there. Please let me know if there is a group on facebook or commonfloor. I have sent request to one such group but no one has accepted.
