Shamshabad (Silicon County III)
Q: I bought a 400 yard plot in Silicon county III, shamshabad (Kothur Mandal) for Rs.5 lacs in 2006. But, recently when I enquired, I was shocked to find out that the prices remain almost the same. Now that Telengana problem is settled, should I hold it for some more time? Any hope on improvement in real estate?
