I 2 had a very bad experience and feel that the sales person and broker are playing game for the brokrage. When you select a flat and ready to negotiate then will tell you that the flat is sold out and immediately you will receive a call from Broker who is residing in the same society and will negotiate with you. BE AWARE. About society: I too feel that the society is not properly maintained and most of the flats are vacant. Internal finishing is also not good. Sanitary wear is also not good fitted.
