Q: I am considering east point 2.5bhk or senorita 2bhk. Both will be ready almost same time. price range almost same. In back of mind I am considering even salarpuria greenage 2bhk. pl tell ur reviews.

Q: last week I vvisited Assetz east point. They told cauvery connection is approved. Residents will get cauvery water. I asked twice to be sure. Though only one or two 2.5 bhk units are left. Anybody who bought pl tell is it true n is it mentioned in agreement?

Latest Answer: Hi , Giving Cauvery water to individual houses is a hectic task for BWSSB officials , and imagine how they will give same for an apartment.More over it is high rise apartment where 100+ families stay so we have to better forget about Cauvery water is this case.

Q: Can you list pros n cons of large residential projects (1000-1200 apartment) vs mid ir small size (100-200 apartment). Number of facilities almost same n pricing being almost same.

Will it be over crowded and will playareas/pools etc always be full in large projects? I am comparing likes of salarpuria greenage to any other small/mid size project.
