Residents of Mysore ignorant about Non Occupancy charges to be paid by owners
Q: NOC charges to be paid by owners who rent out apartments. NOC is means of raising funds to augment the funds for maintenenace of the buildings. It is in vougue in cities like Mumbai.But in Mysore people are ignorant about this. Some Associations have tried to introduce but failed to get it passed by the General Body, for obvious reasons. Which of the Associations have adopted this mode of raising funds? Surya.
