We purchased couple of 2 bhk-s in HM Capitol. Apparently, they have a number of finished projects in Bangalore, both commercial and residential. We saw HM Symphony and found the apartments there to be pretty nice. Since we were looking for apartments near Marathalli and HM Capital seemed to have a decent rate, we purchased two 2 bhk-s there. We discussed with their architect and made it into a customized dupleix. However, this is just a pre-launch and I think we were the second customers.
