Q: Hi, I saw the construction site and searched on the net for the further details, but I am not able to find much about it. Could you please send me a e-brochure or a rate list with all the 2 and 3 bed room flats available in this apartment ? Thanks, Ravi

Latest Answer: HI, Today I visited the construction area. it looks like another 6 to 8 months required for completion. currently they are qoating 2900/Sft. construction quality seems to be poor, there are laready cracks on the walls and water leakage in some flats. many window grills are brokens and they are replacing them however due to rework there could be lots of crack in future stages. Overall I would rate 6/10 for this project as mentioned by Mahesh if the deal is for 2400/2500 then its worth..
