Corner plot has more accessibility from various places. 2. Adjoining upcoming commercial area 3. Metro proximity - as per what the agents assume, haven't seen it in any metro plan thou 4. Got a good rate - if you bargain hard 5. Since it's their flagship project in Noida there may be a better quality construction as compared to the rest. hope this helps. cheers
