After sales service is too poor and so is the quality of security... many of them are hired men from local areas. There is a swimming pool where you can rather play cricket as it is not functional for months. All the other swimming pools in the area like Hiranadani, Powai, Godrej, etc are fully functional. I understand that since the society is not formed in Raj Legacy apart from paying broker commission one has to pay a fixed rate, I presume Rs 500 per sq. ft to builder to affect the transfer.
