Bulb will be required for lighting. Also no sunlight will create meanace of insects and worms in bathrooms? 3. Distance between two houses are 30 feet. For 6 story building this distance is very less. So there will not be sufficiant light on Front side. Is this true? Torch light concept is not followed according to 6 story building norms. 4.There is FSI consept. 300 houses in 4.5 acres looks conjusted. There is no enough space left on both sides. This will be issue when next plots will develope schemes. 5. Parking specifications are not availabe. 6. How much total build up and open space left is not clear. 7.
