Q: When the project will start?? How to get assurance that the customers will get this on time?? This is worrying now...

Well, this looks to be a good investment. The only worrying part is builder's proven credibility. He has done few project and completed the same on time but such mega project, they are doing first time.Well, this looks to be a good investment.
