Delay in Handing over of old bookings..?
Q: Hi, Any updates on the completion of lotus pond..? there seems to be delay in the old bookings which are suppose to be given possesion long back..?

You can file a complaint (case) in District or State Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. This is better than filing a civil suit. hi, had anybody occupied your home.if so had you paid your maintanance charge amount and your final bioll amount. please reply
When they finally hand over the apartment, they not only demand full money, they even force an affidavit that we have no complaint against the flat. This is only to shield their shortcoming. This affidavit will not stand scrutiny of law. But questioning it in a court of law is another headache.
