Latest Answer: U r right dear. we were staying in an apartment in building no 63. the room was always cool. but always wet cupboards and the exhaust in the bathroom not working. Beware before start living in the rooms, get a microscope and go there and get a map of each and every corner and tiles, otherwise when u live that apartment u may need to change all tiles, all appliances. Never choose bulding no 63 please. ............
