High rates
Q: Mantri Celestia rates are considerably high compared to DLF, Aparna and other builders. Also the construction material provided in each flat is very depressing. They are using ordinary tiles instead of Vitirified. The balcony is of very less area.

That is right. Not only are the floor areas and room sizes small compared to other developers in Hyderabad - they are just not open to negotiation. All in all they are not leaving any money in the table for investors.That is right.
