High rates
Q: Mantri Celestia rates are considerably high compared to DLF, Aparna and other builders. Also the construction material provided in each flat is very depressing. They are using ordinary tiles instead of Vitirified. The balcony is of very less area.

The small size need not deter potential buyers. The area has fine infrastructure and ICICI is building a 20000 seat capacity just across the road.
