It is the last grade, which is about 1500rs per sft 2)I also know one of the buyer who purchased there and he was saying that initially the builder said only 4 floors but now he is changing to one more on that as a Penthouse 3)Initially he was saying Zym will be in ground floor and now he is changing to basement 4)He is only taking the name of BDA where this is and making huge money.
