Flat availability & Price
Q: Hi, I have come last week and they said 2 bhk flats are available and quoted a price of 2500/2600 per sqft. Now, today, when I call them up, they are saying no 2bhks available and price is hiked to 3100/-. Surprised to see the price going 500 per sqft in 1 week :(

I think this is marketing gimmick. Rs 2500-2600/sqft was Pre-launch price. Then in between they had hiked the price of 3BHK to 3K but 2-BHK was still at 2600. Maybe now they would have increase price of 2BHK also. But I dont think they can sell 60-70 2 BHK's in 1 week!!I think this is marketing gimmick. Rs 2500-2600/sqft was Pre-launch price.
