Hi All I too have booked a 2bhk in Casa Rio by paying 27k. I read few reviews about lodha builders and Casa projects in particular. It seems like Lodha builder is launching one project after another in a very short span of time. Most of the projects launched since last few years have not yet completed. For eg: Lodha Aqua, Casa Univ etc. Also got to know that Lodha was suppose to raise an IPO however, they have dealyed it for reasons not yet known. I am not sure if I should go ahead and make the first installment or should I cancell the booking.
