lets protect our hard earned money
Q: Hi friends, seems our investment in Park floor II is heading in the wrong direction, builder has not even submitted maps for approvals ; lets join hands to fight it out together ; lets hire some lawyers ; how can a builder collect money from customers without having necessary approvals?

Hi Abhishek I also invested in Park floors 2 and I am of the same opinion Our investment is going in the wrong direction BPTP has the history of such cases where they just collect money. One of my friends was caught in such an incident in Park Serene Gurgaon. They formed a pool of investors and then fought a case against BPTP through EOW and consumer court. I think we should also form a group and fight it out. Let me know about your opinion and we will try to get our money out asap.
