Should I purchase flat in Cloud 9 project?
Q: I want to ask that whether to buy flat in Cloud 9. How is Rishabh's construction, does they deliver project on time or their are delays.How is the material used. Is it value for money or not?

Have waiting for 3 years Flat owners got only Flat, after a delay of one year. The other facility like open space, Gem (a small was provided which was not acceptable), no swimming pool, no party lawn, no proper water filter process, No proper security.
