I have also analyzed the design and it looks too Congested. None of the apartment has window option and there is lot of sharing walls with common area or another apartment. All apartment are facing each other and because of less height air flow is going to be very difficult. Design looks compacted to me. 2BHK apartment is costing around 40 lacs and 3 BHK is 70+ lacs with launch price with the design looks not a good deal.
