Q: I've paid my 3rd installment for MAPSKO PARADISE and will collect my allotment letter by this week. Agreement will follow. Does anyone have paid the 3rd installment?

Hi all, Please note that as per the law a Builder has no right to ask for the 3'rd Instalment before Home Loan approval. If he does so then he can be challanged in court. Mapsko is not ready to send the Demand letter over mail due to this reasom only.
