One of my friend booked an apartment and finding the quality inside the apartment is pathetic. Especially main door alignment and main door lock and levelling in batrooms and tile placements in kitchen and bedrooms. Also he couldn't get quality team to get the work done. I was thinking of buying it but now I dropped the plan. Seems there is a guy named takiullah (MD for quality) who is very rude in telling my friend that the quality will be what it is and nothing can be done to rectify it. overall the construction team is bad for getting what is inside the apartment. outside apartment it looks flashy-- but who want to live outside the apartment when you have to pay 60L :( You can buy if you don't know what to do with your money or if you get it cheaper than 40L for a 3bhk or 2BHK.One of my friend booked an apartment and finding the quality inside the apartment is pathetic.
