Dear Harvinder, yes you are right. I did consider that. They have distributed the money across demands. Hence, i am not getting that figure per se but in totality it matches the formula. Second, did you verify if the area really stepped up? For me thy rasied from 1350 sq ft to 1600 sq ft in March- 3 BHK+study room? Dear Centrum owners, the contract quotes a handover period of 3 years from the contract sign-off date plus a buffer of 6 months. Thus it comes around end of 2013 but practically, when the projct is compelted, none knows for sure. Second, yesterday, I got a demand for 3rd instament as indiABULLS CLAIMS that construction of 1st floor has started, is it true?
