Is the price of Rs. 3300/sft is justified
Q: I went to the project site and I liked the project. Flats are nice. Model flat was excellent. But not sure whether they will deliver the same quality in actual flat or not? Also felt that the price of Rs. 3300/sft looks very high. Do they negotiate? What could be correct justified price?

Q: Hi All, I am interested to buy a falt at SJR CELESTIA @Sarjapur road. Since, this is the first time I am dealing with this builder, I am not sure about them. It will be very helpfull to me if any pointer towards this builder and their public relation or building quality. thanks in advance.
