Is Swiss County @ 2900 good deal?
Q: Hi, I visited this site today and builder quoted me 2900 PSF rate. They also said no discount on rate. I wanted to check with the group a. If they do negotiations on rates? b. Is 2900 right rate? Thanks in Advance -Rajeev

I too bought a 3 BHK flat here but did not get discount at all. I talking when the property rates were down. Q: I am planning to buy a 3bhk flat at swiss county. Will the area around teh project develop. There is no place to hang out. How much time it will taek may be 1-2yrs.Please give your views.

I feel this is the right place for people working in Pimpri Chinchwad area. The project with all amenities and also the surrounding is not very expensive like Pimple Saudagar like getting a house maid etc. Also the Aditya Birla hospital is just a stone away distance.I feel this is the right place for people working in Pimpri Chinchwad area.
