Hi , I am Mukesh, I have already booked flat in park Floor 2 and opted for consruction link plan, so far bank was not disbursing loans and hence we are not able to pay the builder also, now suddenly I got one reminder for payment, as i need to get my loan and tripatrite agreemtn re execute and it takes time. They have not iformed about the clearance from bank and suddenly raised demand with interest clause. They handle every thing unprofessionally. But these things are common for less or more all Builders.
