Q: Hi I am planning to buy a 2bhk in Casa Rio. As I am new in mumbai can you please help me in knowing whethether it is worth to invest in this project

Nearest place is navi mumbai is Koparkhairane/Navi Mumbai 10 km away.Rates for high end property there is around 6-7 K.Compared to that rates are half.Lot of new jobs are created around Mahape and also along Thane Belapur road.Industry landscape is changing and factories are replaced by offices,created thousands of white collar jobs.Commuting from Mumbai is very tiring and stay very costly. Road from Mahape to Palava has become much better and most part till Shil Phata is concrete road.There will certainly be lot of buses from Navi Mumbai to Palava in the future.Also,commutation for most people in Mahape is through company vehicles.
