I have booked flat in Tierra D. For housing loan disbursement, Bank requires Commencement certificate from Govt, for my floor, but the prmission is only upto 7th floor !! I donot know how come builder sells a property on a floor which doesn't have permission from Govt? Can someone pl. advise if this is the normal way?
