When is the possession expected to start in Palm Groves?
Q: What are prevailing rates to exit? Wig brother have extended the date to July 2012

As per wig brother's site http://www.wigbrothers.com/projectgo.htm date for completion is Oct 2013. Does HUDA give completion certificate tower by tower. Otherwise all the electrical wiring will get damaged w/o current in it. If tower by tower completion certificate is given, we can hope for possession. This can prevent damage to flats already complete. Is somebody in touch with the builder? can we take help of some news channel to cover and hence create some pressure? Details about the project.
Q: When this project will complete? I have seen it is being build since ages. Is it expected to complete in our life time?

Yes Sanjeev you are right, the project was getting delayed from long time. If I am not wrong the project started in 2005 and still it is going on. Thanks god is back off with my decision of buying a flat in this project.
Gud that u backed off. Other you would be burning your blood when EMI is deducted from bank account.
