Q: I am planning to purchase a flat in Gaur Grandeur Sec-119 Noida. What would you suggest in terms of Quality of construction, timeliy delivery and overall experience with builder. I have lately heard that that Noida authority has planned a Graveyard just behind Sec-119 in Noida. How far is that from Gaur Grandeur. Thanks, Amit

Yes everything except IFMS. but this rate is on Down payment. They are not selling anything on DP plan but u have to press hard to get DP plan.
