Major Concern from a potential buyer
Q: I was shocked to read the reviews about DS Max - A project I was about to invest in. After reading the reviews, I look forward to your comments and reaction to these reviews. Without your justification, I would not be able to invest in yoru project and would be forced to look out for other projects even if the cost of the project is high. Hi, I was also interested in PURAB MANOR but went to HDFC they straight away say it is REHECTED property, plans appprovals documents not submitted by the builder. Moreover marketing guys are not ready to share PLAN APPROVED DOCUMENT or even the PLAN APPROVAL NUMBER from SBI. Thirdly these guys are straight away asking 1,00,000 as booking amount as other builders charges only 15000.
