Proprty in Aarohi good idea ?
Q: Hello members, I was thinking about buying some property in Aarohi Society Pune but was worried to read some blogs about the delays in project progress, differences between builder and society people over floors allowed etc. One gentleman also warned/suggested not to be surprised if the project gets any stay order from court. Can anybody share their contact numbers so that we can talk in person ? theoracular@gmail.com

Status of project and relation with builder
Q: Hello, I have just booked a flat in Teerth Towers, the new project by Teerth realties. I thn came across the issues that Aarohi have had with the builder. Am keen to know whether these have been sorted out? This will influence my decision to go ahead with this flat or not hence would appreciate of you can give me your views about the builder.
