I would not choose discovery gardens! The hall ways stink. The AC never works properly! The bathrooms have a terrible smell in them at all times. The pools never open. You pay taxes and maintenance fees month but no one cares when you have a problem they do not respond or fix it. For what you pay for a studio flat you can rent a 1 or 2 bedroom flat somewhere else.
