Late handing over of Merlin Trinoyoni.
Q: As per earlier version from Merlin Trinoyoni, expected delivery date was Dec 2011. Now, they say that they can't hand over before April 2012. What is the exact reason?

Hi Satyajit, I heard that the possession date is Oct 2012. Who told you it is April 2012? Are the developers trying to manipulate the hand over dates?
Oct 2012 is new to me. But, after getting 90% of payment reason of manipulating handing over date is still not clear. If govt. owned project has such situation, then what are the conditions of other project which were controlled by Merlin directly?

I think they are yet to get the approvals from the concerned department. That's the reason it is taking time.
It seems flats are completed both internally & externally. Merline should move fast to get necessary approvals.
