Q: After the construction of the apartment what will be the minimum time for these apartment to become functional or with people and life?

Hey has anybody checked on reduction in the EDC/IDC charges by Haryana Government. Somebody told me that there was reduction of the same by Haryana Govt and ideally the builder should reduce the same for us also.
