Hi Sarveshbisen, Yes I have booked a flat in this property. I also got the same update for 25th Sept.....but builder has gives lots of dates before from last 6 - 8 months. About service tax as far as I know service tax is applicable for all payments after April 2010....but there is a stay on this this notification as of now.Hi Sarveshbisen, Yes I have booked a flat in this property.
