I am looking for a 3bhk apartment. I have been qouted a price of 60 lac(all inclusive) for a 1672sq ft apartment in Ajmera Infinity. I am sure the going rate wud definitly differ from their quotation.Would really appreciate it if somebody wud let me know the rate that i cud bargain for.thanks..

Why this side of the electronic city phase ii not developed. The approach road from main to road sylvan view is not at all good.. also this area in like rural area... and people not coming for rent also. Investing huge money in this layout is total risk, instead buying apartment in half the money of this villa will give you income and solve commutation problems.
